Does anyone know if Vaporworks is still doing business? I emailed them almost three (3) weeks ago and haven't gotten a reply. Sadly there is no way to contact them over the phone, at least I didn't see a number, so I have a waiting game on my hands, but I'm running out of time. The new season is just around the corner and if they are out of business or don't reply in time I'm going to have to search elsewhere for the parts want.

According to their website they don't do phone or email help... They use a "help desk" that's supposed to have a button in the lower left corner of the page. Maybe it's Firefox but I don't see a button there.

To Email them I had to click on "help" and then on "Contact us". I then had to put my User I.D., First/Last Name, Email Address, and then the message itself. It also had me type half a dozen random numbers for verification. Like I said though, I did all of this about a month ago and haven't heard back. I'm really afraid to buy anything from them or send my marker to them for the Vapor Modifications.

I suppose you could spam them by sending the same email repeatedly.... Not nice and they may end up hating you.

OR you can pray that the internet is right and use 411.com, search the address given on their website and get:
Smock, Sam
1211 14th St
Wamego, KS 66547-1201
(785) 456-1141

There's also a listing for a Staci Smock too at that address and I have no clue if he's the owner or not.

Thanks for the Info and suggestions, think I'll contact them one more time using the "Contact us" link and wait a week, if I don't hear back from them I may just try out that number.

Worst case scenario is they say they aren't associated with Vaporworks. Just explain that the company is located at that address and ask if they know a number you can reach them at.

They are Vaporworks, weather they admit it or not. Staci even has listings on Ebay selling Chaos boards and a few other paintball related items. Wamego, KS is listed as the item location for all of the items as further evidence.

On their website it says they've had issues with their e-mail in the past and at one point had over 200 unanswered emails that couldn't be accessed. You might try e-mailing them again or do as Puzuma suggested and call them.
