I've got a SP-1 and I use a Smart Parts Progressive 16" barrel. It has a .689 bore. This thing is a tack driver. I personally own 9 markers and this one is the most accurate one I have. This barrel is great. You can find them on Smart Parts website.

The stock barrel is acutally a great little barrel so what I did was get a Python Compression System and turn it into a barrel kit. It's much cheaper than buying another kit and since I'm a player on a budget it worked great for me.

But if you have the money to spend I would recomend a Deadly Wind Carbon Fiber Barrel i've heard nothing but great things about them, and they take freak inserts so they can be as accurate as a kit. They are rather exspensive and you have to buy the freak inserts but IMO it's worth the money.

I've got a hammerhead battlestixx with fins that I use on my SP1. It's 14" and imo fits the look of the marker good. I've found it as accurate as any barrel i've used. alot also has to do with the paintballs you use. A longer barrel will cause the marker to use more air. But it all depends on the person's likes and dislikes

I have a Smart Parts All American 14" barrel for my SP-1. It looks good, and performs even better!
