If anyone who has seen a combat shotgun with spare shotgun rounds on the stock, then you'll know what I'm talking about. The general idea is an adapter put on a longbow stock being able to hold two longbow mags. What do you guys think?

I don't see how the magazines could sit; if they rested horizontally, I can't see the stock being long enough to compensate for the length of the magazine unless they were shorter. Then, the saddle may have an awkward grip of it. If it were vertical it would be very hard for the saddle to grip, and the profile would be very frustrating. It just doesn't seem very practical. In my own experience, one magazine has lasted atleast half an hour of gameplay, which doesn't require the extra packing. If you truly do need more rounds, I would just recommend the Q-Loader.

Thanks for your thoughts. That's why they call it trial and error, somebody comes up with an idea, the somebody does it better. I'll come up with a drawing later.

I took a shotgun shell holder and put it on my longbow stock to hold 10 round tubes. For 2 extra mags, i have the holster. Putting them on the gun wouldnt be very practical. It would make the gun too heavy and big.

To each his own. After all it's just an idea.

I run a longbow tac-1 and have the 2 mag quiver

Its an effective system except for the reloading of the mags when they are depleted

IMHO what is needed is a longbow mag speed loader

There are bottle covers with pod holders, so is feasible to have a QPod attached to a stock etc.

The only thing realy is the size of the QPod, if you find it confortable and maount is a way to give you that bit of quick load then go for it - and give us pictures
