I am an avid (or would be) player, but I'm restricted by the fact that three times out of five my mask doesn't fit over my glasses. Being near sighed, this is a problem. Does anyone know of any masks that seem to be fairly glasses friendly?

Any of the JT Spectra series. I used to wear sunglasses under my Spectra Proshield without a problem. Generally speaking, the JT masks are better if you intend to wear glasses under them.

Thanks man. Hopefully I can get one by April. If not, I can always try to find one before the next big scenario game in Ohio.

Well, it depends on the mask and your glasses. I also am near sighted. I have never had any mask problems. But, I recomend proto switch EL, but I had problems with my glasses fogging. I recently purchased Grills, fit great no fog, moisture. I regret not buying them earlier. Sorry to hear of the problems, but you may just have to adjust a bit and place the glasses inside before slipping the mask on.

Go to the Paintball store and ask to try on some masks. The one that fits and you like is the one that you should get. We can only give recommendations on what mask to pick, the rest is up to you.
Vforce is what my dad uses and he wears glasses.

Thanks for the suggestions, people. Options are good, especially on a 7 dollar an hour paycheck.

I use a V-Force Profiler with my medium-sized glasses and find it to be comfortable. You will need some good anti-fog solution too. The first time I tried to use glasses, they fogged within a few seconds of putting on the mask. V-Force anti-fog solution is good-one application will last longer than a day. I used to use a V-Force Armor mask which worked but was somewhat uncomfortable when using glasses.

Both sides of the glasses should be treated with anti-fog solution.

well since you have such a small paycheck, check out the vent cylus mask. i own one and when i wear my aviators with them, they are very comfortable, they hold tight, a very light mask, and dont fog.
