I don't even remember if I know how to use anything on this site that I use to spend hours on every day...

Anyone remember me? I remember plenty of talks with "Ghostinthewood", Mobles, Puz, all you guys. I haven't looked around that much on to see if anything is recent on this place, but somehow I stumbled back into it. Fill me back in on what I've missed the past... 2 years?

Thinking more...

Who's in charge of SpecOps now? Shop still up and going? I played a year in the tournament scene (Spring/Summer 2011) and traveled a lot for it and have been out of the game for over a year now. I'm hoping that there still has to be a few guys that I used to chat away with on here.

The shop & online store are open but under relatively new ownership....
The forum is a pale shadow of its old self. Competition from other forums & loss of the Brigade (which is gone & not part of SO anymore) have hurt recruitment & over the years people have moved on...

But it sstill alive and there are still a few of us old regulars around.

I just happened to stumble upon the forum once again after a year as well. I pretty much let the sport die in me as well. Also college changes your perspective of worthwhile time usage. I'm kinda depressed seeing the forum all empty. This place was such a great forum once upon a time...

I haven't been on here in forever, but when I came back, The Shooter's Thread was just waiting here for me! Warms my heart, and brings a tear to my eye.

I randomly happened across the old forums today and saw this right on the top. Brought back some good memories; I miss this place. It seemed fitting that I pop in with a post and with any luck, stick around for awhile. Seems a lot of you have been on your own hiatus, what made you leave? If I remember correctly, I didn't like the switch to this forum layout from the old engine. With this said, I suppose a simple greeting would suffice:

Hey, remember me? It sure has been awhile.

Let's see.... if all those who've posted in this thread after having a long absence started posting again... The traffic on this forum would quadruple.
