Hi I'm trying to make a switch from speedball to woodsball. I have an Ion and not a lot of money. The Ion has been upped pretty well, with an aftermarket barrel, low rise feedneck, trigger, reg, etc. Anyways, does anybody know of a camo tape kit or something so I can make my bright blue Ion more stealthy? Thanks

pull the body and paint it bro! camo tape is cool too but it gets old and fades/ falls off.

Yeah I could do that but what about the reg? It's still blue anno and I'm afraid if I paint it I might screw something up.

oh i see you dont have the stock reg on it.......eh i wouldnt worry about the reg to much seeing how your hand should be on it pretty much the whole time your playing, but you could always throw a spot of tape just on the reg.

Trade the body cover with somebody - put it in the B/S/T section.

EWWW!!! NOOOOOOOOOOOOO

Avoid camo tape. Try and paint it OR cover it with drak or camo cloth. The last thing you want is a bunch of sticks crap on your gear if you want to go back to speed ball or sell it.

Definatlye go for the cloth, but with a touch of tape here and there to keep it on. Painting your gun is very hard if you're a perfectionist like me, but if you just take it slow it should turn out pretty smooth. :ghillie:

Camo tape works wonders, just try to stick away from the camo duck tape because it is shiney, glare is the number one thing I spot through bushes and such if the person is all camo'ed up. I used camo tape I bought from walmart and I cut out some camo netting and taped some onto my marker with the camo tape lol. Lasted over a year now without any serious maintenance to it (only lost one or two strips of camo netting on my hopper). I just keep it dry and out of the mud, its been sticking fine. Its cheap and if you decide you dont like it.. Just peel it off.
