So take off the 2 grip frame screws.
Make sure not to loose the little ball/spring for the safety
Take off the screw for the valve cap on the back. ( where your tank screws in/velocity adjuster)
Slide out the hammer/spring from the valve tube.
There will be a pin that connect the hammer to the bolt. Push that pin in, turn the bolt and slide it out.

there you go. Did you need to take the valve out?

EDIT:
But really, its hard to help you with out knowing how your gun is set up.
Got a pic?

It's the same for a PMI1.

Wait. Nevermind you have a cartridge valve.
To disassemble the valve:
Take 2 allen wrenches, small enough to fit in each hole on both sides of the valve and then unscrew the valve, using the allen wrenches as handles. Theres 3 parts total to the valve body. Inside is the valve stem, and valve spring.
