So, what do you have behind you?

Most Ambush (Real World and Paintball) usually work with someone behind them at all times, though not right on top of them, to keep their FARFIGNUGEN safe or to warn them of movement on their position.

Myself, I have my friend Sarge (Broadsword/Heavy Gunner) behind me at all times, usually back behind my position shooting at anyone that locates me. It works.

So how bout you?

I say Sabre. You need someone who light enough on his feet that he can stop/ or slow the flank. I also like the heavy rifleman.

I like to have a broadsword, the mix of 1 shot-1 kill and 600 shots-maybe 1 kill seems to works well for some reason

i have 2 other snipers that i go with... kinda hard sometimes but when the enemy is getting shot from different places from just 3 people really easy to freak them out.

i'd say dagger because he's up front while you wait for him to spook an ambush. Then.......pop and you just bagged a sniper.

I perfer to work alone. I have yet to find someone (besides my occasional wingman Fuzzy) that can creep around the woods quiet enough to satisfy me. Plus, I can take bribes from the other team and take out my own guys when I'm alone.
My job is to be an asshole. I excel at the position.

well...when im ambushing i dont do it alone.... But i flank alone because its harder to spot just 1 person. An ambush doesnt need to be set up quietly as long as the team is far enough away when u start, u just have to sit and wait quietly after ur ready.

Thats why i prefer a dagger, he can help me out if we need to stage a fighting retreat and we can easily defend eachother while we do so.

i always have a hammer or someone closest to it relatively near by. if i am sniping, i need someone with firepower to bail me out if i get in trouble. plain and simple. although more nible players are a plus, i go with hammer for paint throwin ability.

ps- i make it very clear that the only time he is allowed to open up is either when we are stumbled upon by a much larger force, or if i give the retreat.

have two or three daggers on your team depending on what size team you have. and have one with you while ghost flanking have one thats preferrably fit . no need to have any more paint than a dagger thats just a waste of paint if you have a med. or heavy rifleman :)
