So who else likes going off the pavement? I've always enjoyed it growing up, though never really had anything of my own except for a big ass go kart. But now I've got me a big 'ol truck that I'll be working on. Though it's set up pretty decent right now.

I got new tires on me jeep today!
thank god too. the stock ones are horrible lol. No matter how much you balance them, you always wobble at high way speeds.

But as far as off roading goes, I new I should have got the Dayna on my jeep, more torque, always good.
nice on the admin capt'n

I Can call you my Captain now!

Captain what do you need!

I've been offroading a few times (only mudding though, despite the fact that I only live an hour and a half from Moab, UT lol). I always find things that I want to buy for my truck, but end up spending my money on something else, so I don't consider myself a very serious offroader. 'Tis a fun thing to do though.

Go ahead and get the dayna. :( DO IT! You know you want to. And thanks, but your about 4yrs too late. Lol. Been around since 04 and got it late 05...then was semi-retired when I went through training and reinstated early last year.

Thats how I am. I have a few items on my list to buy but other crap gets in the way. I want a new hood, a suspension bench seat, disc brakes all around, and a coil over suspension...

I try and make it off-road as much as possible. Here is my Explorer as it sits now.

Flexing a little.

Get an updated pic, sounds like it looks sick.

So I really should be tearing into my engine right now, but I'm giving it a break for the moment. I have to get new push rods and rocker arms, and find out why the hell there is no oil pressure. ><

I like to go off the road, but my poor little Suzuki can't really handle it. If I was a richer man -- and I probably will be, soon -- I'd drop some dimes on it. For now I just seize every dirt road, rock path, and open field I happen across. A friend of mine told me that what I do is Rally -- hell if I know. I just throw the backside like a boss.
