So im looking at Red Dot Sights, and im trying to decide what kind. Whats a Reflex Red dot sight. And what does it mean when a red dot sight is parallax free? and if I aim my marker at the target but my head is not in the same position that I set it in will the dot still show it on the target if the marker is aimed at the target, ( will it still be accurate or does it need to be set perfecly to how my head is positioned and i will need to keep my head in the same place each time? are there some that arent like that? Any help would be great. thanks in advanced.

Yep. All red dots use the same basic principle of projecting a dot onto a transparent lens that also allows the dot to be seen by the person behind it. (sorry for the run on sentence). Moving your viewpoint will automatically be adjusted for. The point of aim will be slightly moved when you move your viewpoint. However, the shot should go right to the aimpoint, providing that you use proper shooting techniques. Any sliding of the sight picture will also do the same thing.
