When you are entering your card number online for whatever reason, on the card there are spaces between the numbers, but usually you just have one long space to put it in so do you put spaces between the sets of numbers online or just leave it one long number?

Make it one long number. The expiry date is usually 4 chracters when entering. (0310) Sometimes you may have to add the 3 digits on the back of the card if there's an extra block for it.

Give me the number and I'll show you how to do it with proper spacing. Oh and give me your social security number while you're at it. :D
