Does it need to be semi-automatic? Splatmasters on eBay shoot about as good as everything else and can be found for really good prices. Don't let it's plastic construction fool you - it's a serious paintball marker, many made in the early 80's still function toady. Sidearms don't generally don't have the same practical value as a full on marker, even their use on a paintball field is debated. Take the opportunity to find a sidearm that has a little style, or is old school. Don't buy something entirely based on looks, it should be reliable and simple, but this is your opportunity to chose a marker that you think will just be flat out fun to use.

I'm going with ^^. They're just too cool. They're light, easy to use/maintain and most importantly, they work.

I'd recommend the PGP if you're ok with a pump sidearm.

The Tiberius 8 is a nice pistol, but the magazines get expensive unless you plan on only using 8-16 rounds (1 or 2 mags) before reloading the magazines.

I have a T8, and I like it a lot for the most part, just know that reloading the empty magazine is slow. It also has a large grip, so make sure your hand fits it well first. I have "bear paws" for hands, so I love the thing.

If you're made of money, look into a PPS Squall. Now that's a pistol I wish I could afford.

The ACP 2.0 is a nice sidearm, though I sold mine in favor of a classic pgp instead.
I found the acp to be a bit too bulky, especially with the ariakon holster and two spare clips

I've used the G2 and the PT lineup (and the Delta)

in general, i don't like STBB (stacked Tube blow back) pistols, especially with the mag on top, always worried about one of them just ripping off the marker if i accidentally knock it against a tree.

I liked my PGP, but it was just a touch big for a holster IMHO, so i eventually got a tac 8.

I really like the tac 8, with one spare mag, it's about the best sidearm i've ever used. if i wanted to invest in another two mags, i could see using it as a primary.

T8 Tiberius

It's the most accurate paintball pistol.

Tiberius. Ive got two and twelve mags, can be used as a sidearm, but I use it as my main a lot.
