In the many videos I have watched, I heard them talk about extra points for shooting the general of the group. How do I tell who is the general of the group?

Usually a general in games will be marked with double armbands, or have a ref with him at all times. Keep in mind that not every game will allow general points. Sometimes they will be confined to their main base, still accompanied by a judge. In those, you typically can blow up the base if demo or by way of a special mission. In either case, the ref with the general is the one who verifies if they have been taken out or not. It is their job to report to the command center if the other team has taken out the leader and gotten the points.

Not all games will have "Generals". Or "Points".

Hey man! Welcome to the forum. Look for the guy giving commands or the person they are attempting to hide from the action. Not all rounds and game types have a "principle" but if they do you can't go wrong with looking for the guy who is the safest and most guarded.

If you ever want to prove a point to them, fit a laser at the end of their barrel and any time you see it touch somone mark it down. After a bit show them how many eyes could have possibly been lost. Of course they'd still have their barrel sock on beforehand because you've already told them so, but to further punctuate the point do the laser thing.
