hey guys,
I bought an a-5 last weekend (my first marker yay!),
my next upgrade will be an e-grip with selector switch ,remote line and battle pack.
But then i will get a stock and iron sights.
But thats the problem.
I play commander/small time sniper so i need something comfy for sniping but light for my command role.
Any ideas?

Try spec ops dog leg stock. its a nice stock that was designed for mask clearance. your a5 should have iron sights on it already. dont worry much about a sight. it can improve your game, but not used as much as one would think. also, try not to get to absorbed with the positons thing.

I wouldn't get a dogleg. You can't shoot lefty. The SpecOps Longbow stock is great. It is super light, and its what is used on the Longbow "Sniper" Paintball Marker. And it is comfy :P

Look into a folding stock. I prefer a G36 folding.

I've used my JCS folding stock for 5 years now without a problem. Has a built in velocity adjustment to that lets you really get your marker where you want it and it's durable. Highly recommended.

nononoooooo........

The BEST stock that I've EVER USED - HANDS DOWN - is this one: http://killjoyindust...owshipping.html

...and I've used probably 15-20 different stocks over 22+ years of playing.

It's about as heavy as an all aluminum M4 but this one lets you get your masked face RIGHT BEHIND the sights. Since it slides forward, you can set it to any of 6 positions and run.......

I've had great luck with my pro-team CAR stock. But you should look around, there are alot of choices out there for the A5.

You can get a LH Dogleg stock  he just meant being able to switch sides when firing around different corners - lol haven't tried that myself, but I think I'd need a lot of practice to do it reliably in any case!

If you're in the UK then pop over to UKScenario, and if you're still after a stock solution and the standard ones won't do then ask Gommie to commision a custom.

Tapco collapsible stock. Tough, durable, comfy, light, adjustable, and best of all, affordable. I use one on my 98 and love it.

I have a 6 position M4 stock on my a-5, the adjust-ability is great for quick switches in urban/tight wood environments. It's light and always gives you a clear picture down the marker, even with your mask on.

Preferably the SAW stock, but really any stock that is not at the same level as your gun, with a slight depression so you can look down the sights.
