I don't really like the trigger guard on the Ego 9. It looks weird to me. I'm sure it will perform amazing though.

I don't think that the trigger guard is bad looking.

I love Egos they are so reliable. When I clean mine I feel like I am never doing enough, but I am. I guess I am just used to the Tippmann and Promaster which are hard to take apart and clean.

Ya i love when players comment on "how easy the a-5/x7's are to take apart with just pulling the pins" After you take apart and put back together an EGO you truly see that it is much easier to put together, not to mention able to clean the breach with a pull of 1 pin, and a pin that never breaks

Man these are sexxy.

There aren't really any upgrades you need. You could get a zick kit if you think the 07 has too much kick...but I never have a problem with the kick in paintball markers. I don't know where to find one though, sorry. They shouldn't be hard to find, I just haven't looked for one.

You could also get a barrel kit, that's a good upgrade for any marker.

Like everyone else said you might want a zick kit, but its not too necessary.

Zick in my book is a must and worth every penny.
Next is a barrel kit. I would suggest a Deadlywinds barrel. They are the best ever made in my book.
I had Killa detentes and they are cool but not a must.

Other than that you are set and dont need a thing just shoot faces and know your marker wont let you down.

Do PE markers have a specific barrel thread or are they cocker threaded? I may want to get a zick kit for my sniper but i dont think they have the right threads

A Zick kit is an internal upgrade for the Ego and isn't related to the barrel at all.

EGO stands for "Eclipse Genuine Original" maybe GEO stands for "Genuine Eclipse Original"? :D

The Zick kit is not a barrel. The PE barrel is a Shaft kit
