My niners lost. Proud they held their own against the Saints, but pissed they lost it for themselves.

I knew they could do well against the Saints O. Which is why I played them for fantasy, unfortunately, the scoring system only accounts for points and not yards which stinks because the 49ers stuffed NO.

Honestly, they are play off caliber, they just need to work giving Smith more time in the pocket. Most of the time he either throw to his first read or runs with it. They can run block very well, but can stop the pass rush effectively enough to make the deep plays that help spread the defense.

Oh. And Frank Gore proved once again, he's a GOLLY GEE WILIKERS train.

Niners defense looked good but not solid. Lots of great potential but, well just but.

But with Bush's busted leg, that ought to be interesting for the Saints going forward, Im sure they will adjust but Miami D could take full advantage of that and be able to pull off the upset yet again.

Now the biggest question for me after this weekend is Vick. OK Kolb is the starter and thats final, Im cool with that in fact I think they should stay with that since that is the long term plan but Vicks contract with the eagle is over after the season, Where will he go? Is a legitamate starting offer going to present itself and (depending on the next 14 weeks of adjustments) what team would most benefit Vicks abilities without overly depending on him to make the majority of plays?

Miami could bring Vick in with out changing the playbook and probally thrive with him but I wonder how he would fit with the panthers or even tampa

I would love for Vick to go to Charlotte :) Haven't hung with him since he first got out of prison.

I could be mistaken, but I just read this article; http://sports.espn.g...tory?id=5601286 and it sounds as though Vick will be getting the Starting QB job. Sounds like because the Offensive line is week, and Vick is the better on is feet, he won the role, not to mention he has been playing pretty well.

Sadly, I was born a Bengals fan.

AND a Notre Dame fan.

AND, my high school team never wins. Ever. Literally.

Hooray?

On paper.

Well ok its only week 3.

But lets all hope that at the end of week 3 the cowboys are still winless.

I think they will be. Offensively, the Texans are on a roll and its gonna take good defense to stop 'em.

Nah dawg, Romo was playing the worst pass defense in the league. He was getting a win.
And more impotantly, 23.26 points for my fantasy team, who is up by 8.42 right now.

Good thing, cause Andrew Johnson and Wes Welker did nothing this week (They got me a combined 10.90 points...) Luckily Austin Collie is tearing it up, with 29.10 points.

And Pittsburgh's D... outscoring the girl I'm playing's D (Baltimore) 18-3 haha.

My job is to be an asshole. I excel at the position.

I wrecked with my RBs as usual. But lost in my other league to a combo of Collie, and me not remembering to bench 49ners D for Bengals D (any DST against the Panthers are granted 10+pts).

And honestly, the Texans D might be crappy at the pass, but they've gone up against better passing teams and came up with the "W". The just didn't play that well offensively. Leave Johnson double covered and get the pass to Jones and Walter. Also, keep pounding Dallas' poor D-line with Foster. If they did that, they would have probably won.
