hi to spec ops,

i placed my order in JUNE after numerous attempts to use the website and then contacting 'customer service'. since then, i have been receiving my order in drip and draps. Sadly, after 3 MONTHS! my order still hasnt been fulfilled :D

i m still waiting for the following items, not sure why its taking so long to deliver them :( i have asked for an invoice number but it was never given to me. i do have my credit card invoice so you guys can have that as prove that i did pay for my stuff. kimble handled my order while gray was away on holiday.

SPECIAL OPS - C-SERIES COCKER 4" BARREL BLACK
SPECIAL OPS - BARREL SKIN OMNIPAT 16"
SPECIAL OPS - A5/X7 SPRING KIT BY MADDMAN
Recon 6 Vest XL

Can someone be responsible reply and update me on the status of my order please?!? and given that the C-Series barrels are on discount now, i cant help but feel cheated :(

And can you hire someone to answer the phone on your customer service hotline please?

they have been doing some overhauling on customer service... so i could understand how your stuff is getting all screwed up... the tracking problem has not been fixed yet.. so hopefully soon they get that squared away

I apologize for the delay in response, you are obviously very important to us. We have had an overhaul of our customer service department to better serve our customer’s needs. Consequently during this overhaul we have gotten backed up in responding to our customer service e-mails.
