Only two things I'll recommend ... better barrel and HPA if you want.

The orion uses spyder threaded barrels and it will help. Also if you buy HPA you can use it on future markers.

a reg or a stabalizer from palmers. but a barrel comes first.

when ur done u could upgrade all the internals

for the regulator would it be the same as the regulator i can get from viewloader? and with the barrel what should i look for, not asking for brand here just what usually tells you thats a good barrel. any barrel that will fit a spyder will fit my orion that opens up my options.

thanks you both

any more tips?

different lubes work better? quieter? or o-rings?

Don't upgrade anything that you can't convert to the marker you will buy in the future to replace the orion. You will be kidding yourself ,and may not get reasonable return on your investment.Sorry ,but seen it a hundred times.

im the kinda guy that will probably have this marker the rest of my life. i keep everything, if i do upgrade to a better marker in the future [ it will be a few years ] i will most likely keep this gun as is. do i need a different asa to connect a hpa tank, i know before i painted my gun it said only use brass eagle. im guessing this was just because they are under same roof

No need to change the ASA to use HPA. As long as you are using a high output tank you will be fine. Steal tanks are cheap, but they are heavy. Carbon fiber tanks are more expensive, but they weigh less.

With barrels I would look at a 12 inch or a 14 inch. You can get decent barrels for $30 to $40 new.
