Wait... Did he have any reason to suspect you had drugs in your car?

he said my eyes were a little bloodshot, i mean, what student (who actually gives a poo about school) doesn't have slightly bloodshot eyes from the lack of sleep due to it being time for finals anyways?

sure, i was a little shaky, but this was my first negative encounter with a police officer EVER. I have every right to be nervous. My speech wasn't slurred, i walked straight, i wasn't showing ANY other signs of being intoxicated/stoned. Besides that he was fairly "polite", and i had nothing to hide so i really dont have a problem with it, should i have done something different?

with an absolutely spotless record, being an eagle scout, almost straight A student, and never having any problems with police before? definitely a trouble maker :)

semi edit- its an 07

I'm still driving mommy's minivan...but its an '03 dodge! :dodgy:

I'll hopefully be getting my own vehicle soon...a chinook or blackhawk if I'm REALLY lucky.

Oooooh boy. I gonnsta slap both of you upside the head. SEATBELTS op.

Now, you conor... dont ever let them search because you have nothing to hide. The teenage friend who bought my moms last car from her did... they found her inhaler under a seat somewhere, and he got sent to jail, had court, all kinds of fines even with my mom testifying. They find crazy poo all the time. AND, if you say no, know what they do? Oh... ok... haz a nice day!

On side note. I have a forest green ford taurus. Yeah... so stop complaining. Of course, its an SHO, a manual, and a few other things we wont mention. Well, it was anyway. My dad thought I couldnt handle driving it in North Conway, parked it on a hill, and forgot to set the brake. It rolled down a hill into a boulder. I'd just put my fire explorer/ems plates on the day before too.

I know I know. I should wear my seatbelt. I do now. But she's not an idiot, she's just terrible in a panic situation. But so am I. I'm extremely calm and I laugh in a terrible situation. But it's funny. I drive 99.9% of the time. This is seriously the first time she's drivin in the three months we've been dating. And this happens.

She should take a safe driving course. It's good that you wear a seatbelt now. I don't really blame her for reacting badly in the situation, but taking her hands off the wheel and covering her eyes?? What the hell? Maybe if she were to take a safe driving course (as is, you actually drive your car and learn how to avoid dangers) she would have the ability to react well without crashing.

We were already screwed in her defense. Te vehicle was on two wheels and hopping and spinning at the same time. Having her hands on the wheel at that point really wouldnt have done much.

Yeah, I'm glad you learned your lesson. I mean, next time, you could have a semi come into your lane and force you onto the shoulder, then what would you do? :dodgy: Some of you may find that amusing. :)

But seriously, nice to see a person learn from his mistakes.
