i just got an email explaining that they are overhaul there customer service department. What does this mean? more layoffs, hope not

It actually means that we just hired 3 new people and that we are in the process of regaining control over our customer service issues.

I too have been plagued with not bad CS but absolutely no CS. As a dealer this hurts business. I placed an order for a Scenerio I was hosting, It was a lot of stuff for some customers who wanted it for the game. It never cam in and needless to say the customers were upset. Now they call every day for an updaye and I have nothing to tell them except that Spec Ops isnt shipping it. Its forced me to try and locate similar items from other manufacturers. This has hurt both my business ans Spec ops credibility. GET WITH THE PROGRAM GUYS!!!

I'm willing to wait for my stuff I order, you guys make good stuff and you are usually really responsive to orders, BUT my vest that I ordered last week hasn't shipped out yet. Hope everythings alright at SO

They don't necessarily send you an email when your order ships... my order just suddenly appeared about a week after I ordered it, without notice.

Nobody was laid off...but they have both moved on to other things.

The new guys are Josh (Rudy), James, and Zack.

yea i believe it was james when i called about the bad track number, and he told me to call ups and ask them whats going on when in fact the number on the box was completely different.. hope that issue gets solved soon

Does anyone know what the story is with the " original spec ops guys"? Why they all dissapeared at the same time and the customer service went down the toilet at the same time?

I do apologize for the delay in our response times. We have had an overhaul of our customer service department to better serve our customer’s needs. Consequently during this overhaul we have gotten backed up in responding to our customer service e-mails. I can assure you that we are doing our best to get back to you in a timely manner. We definitely do not want your issues to go unnoticed. So if there are any issues that you guys do have, please email me or call me and I will get back asap!
