very well said. how many times have all of us heard or been involved in those stupid arguments that keep you heated for a whole day and make you think of petty crap instead of the game at hand.

Excellent post. I believe that sportmanship is what keeps sports alive. Paintball is no exception. I loved the original post. I don't know what happened in the few pages after that or how it applies to the need for excellent sportsmanship in the game. For me there is no better feeling than when after a few games a first time player asks to be on your team for the next game. Those with good sport ethics are never starved for friends.

I agree with this. I am one of the players who called himself expirienced too soon, but whatever knowledge i have i try to share. Paintball needs people who will ref and also has senior players who will help out the new players. The person who taught me whats what stressed never wiping a shot, and to this day i have never wiped. If people like you keep doing what you're doing, One day maybe the majority of the whiners will learn or be weeded out

Bill, You made a mistake coming here to the internet paintball community. These people will not be put off, will not accept partial answers and will hold you accountable for everything you say. They are not your typical customer. Even through all the bickering and flaming, the collective consciousness of this community sits at nothing less than the genius level. They are the highest and best of what paintball has to offer. I have trusted and turned to them for years and they have allowed me to walk among them for which I am grateful.

Whoever you are you are just a breath of fresh air. My friend has recently become pretty mad when he plays paintball and it is kind of depressing. Whatever happened to just playing to have fun? You basiclly summed up my feelings in your article. Thanks for taking the time-
