oh well my PM7 ran me 500 and 90 for the hopper. I heard good things about the mini, but I don't know how much they run.

Minis are $325 brand new in the USA now.

You don't need any ups for a Mini. PMR's you'd probably want a few things, but the PMR SE already has all of that fixed. It's really just preference between those two... find them at a field or store and try them out, or at least hold them.

Depends on why you think you need it. The stock board is probably fine unless you intend to play serious tournaments with the marker...

I would get a PMR SE or wait till all the kinks are worked out with the minis. My friend got a mini a few months ago and had to pay $60 to get the entire reg replaced.

Neither gun needs ups outside of maybe a barrel imo. They both shoot at 13 bps and thats all you need them to do. It's all preference pretty much at this point. My hands were too big for a mini so I got the PMR and I love it

I've got a Mini and my wife has a PMR (w/ UL frame). I have several friends that have teh PMR SE. It really does come down to personal preference. I have not (nor will I) "upgrade" anything on the Mini. I had the barrel bored out for freak inserts, but I've come to realize that it was a waste. The Mini has the second best stock barrel (the first being the CCI Phantom). The PMR SE has most of the upgrades that the basic PMR needs. I would really recommend that you find a store or someone at the field that has both and ask to handle them.

Nodboy's hands are too big, I've seen some huge people use a Mini well enough. Some people just arent comfortable with it because its different. No big deal, at worst you get used to it.

I think the Virtue board is overpriced, get a Tadao.
