If there was a fire in your house and the first thing you would grab was your paintball gear, put this in your sig.

Dwell is how long the bolt is forward releasing gas...

ROF is RATE-OF-FIRE

Or how fast you're shooting

it means the valve is staying open for 52 milliseconds before closing. If you add a qev, you can drastically lower the dwell of the ion, or so ive read.

Scrol down on that to find the grid.

A higher dwell will give you a higher volocity but you will use more gas.
The higher the rate of fire, the less time you give the gun to recharge on the gas it used from the previouse shot so, the shots are less consistent and less range.

I personally put my dwell to the max and rof all the way down. I dont want to use that much paint but i want accurate shots (my air is free), its really just a matter of preferance. Smart parts reccomend not changing the dwell from 52 unless you want to fine tune the gun.

You got the first part... somewhat.
But ROF on the ion is really a recharge rate, a form of dwell. It is the dwell after you fire, so when you fire the marker waits how ever many clicks/ms till you can fire net
(some letters on my keyboard dont work, can you guess witch ones?)

errr wrong it means the dwell si set at 52 clicks above 0.
But in MS it is really 34.19MS
