Reaching into the old storybook, talking about a game played in 2000 in the UK. I think it was Skirmish at... Oh geez I don't remember the city but someone's gotta know. But the fun you can have with zen and the art of paintball playing.

I'm loud and annoying...I'm American
MMMM, bare naked woods.........stay focused on PAINTBALL Tyger, geez LOL
Well Tyger, you have crossed the line, you are now an old paintball player. When you start thinking rather than shooting an extra hopper, your turning old. But when you get the other team guessing and unsure of themselves, thats when you class as an old, scary, unpredictable, scheming player.....all in all, it means your one freeking heck of a player

I just used the same tactic a couple weekends ago at a scenario. My cousin, I & "Bob" held off 10+ guys for over 15 minutes. Actually I never named the guy I just waved my arms in his direction calling out positions.
You bought the brand, not my allegiance.

One time I was at this church field where they have HUGE games, and we were guarding our flag, and the majority of our team was going for the other teams flag... But, there was a third team that had a red can, and if you captured the can AND the flag you got to pick the next game and your teams camps...
So the "awesome" players that play at that field all the time were "guarding the can" and I saw them back in the woods.
So I talked two of the new kid players who were back with me into going and trying to get their red can. (there were about 10 of those guys vs our three...) my kind of odds!
We went towards them and walked into their ambush, but since I was creeping tree to tree they revealed 3 of their players and totally missed me as I was too far away for them to get a hit!
I then called out their positions and called in all my (nonexistant)backup players to come in from different angles!
It was pretty funny and the group of experts were convinced they were being attacked so they spread way out. Leaving gaps for me to get into their circle to get the guy with the can.
Oh, and I have it on video...
So instead of going in the same way again, I went around and came in from the property line/tapeline at the really woodsy edge of the field, and snuck RIGHT UP to the player holding the red can, and UNLOADED on him. Hitting him all over the back, legs, and shoulders... To which he ran off and didn't drop the can as per the rules... But, no refs were around so...
I ended up getting hit, after I yelled at the "expert" to drop the can as I hit him, which gave up my location. It didn't break, but I called myself out anyway as it was a clean hit and I left the field.
Afterwords, the experts were standing around in a big group telling everyone how NO ONE had any clue where they were, and they were so awesome and sneaky...
I walked up to the guy that I unloaded on that had the red can, and said. "Actually, I snuck into your camp and SHOT that guy who was holding the red can multiple times, but he cheated and kept playing and ran off"... The guys were like, "no way, we don't cheat".
To which I said, "turn around" to the guy and he did and there was yellow paint ALL over his back, shoulders, and legs... to which his bro's said... "That was from last game"...
Everyone laughed (except the experts) and I walked off.
Nothing worse than playing with pompous cheaters...
I may have dropped the video proof of their cheating on their field website. lol.

I tried another
*Numbers actually turned out to be even, but one of my team mates couldn't count** or keep track of the where the other team was.
**Fortunately, our opponents couldn't count either as at least a couple of them thought they were up 4 to 2.
