I lost 30 lbs in 5 months by dropping 90% of my usual sugar intake, and tripling my cardio workouts. Now I'm doing some carbs, tons of protein, zero fast food, to bulk back up, cuz I don't really like this being skinny thing haha

TNP gets ticked when people back all of their arguments with scripture.

Tnp wonders why there wasn't atleast one armed civilian at the Colorado batman shooting that could have fired back and saved lives

f ... i don't know about you, but how many people do you think are packin when they are going out to enjoy themselves ? i would guess not many ... but this sort of sicko tragedy is getting to be more heard of now, so maybe more people are gonna start

Also, I am normally wearing some type of protection when I go out...not a gun, 'cause I don't have a concealed carry permit, but something, just in case. and most guys i know that have a concealed carry, bring it everywhere...including places like church.

TNP got a new sketchbook today.

No, but that would be nice. I have a few knife plans that need drawn out before I forget about them.

uuu, me and my brothers and dad :)At any given time, I've got 3 knives on me, or if I'm in my house ( I dont carry one on me then ) I'm within reach of a gun. me or my brothers or dad do not leave the house without a knife or three. I am not a knife nut, but their much easier to conceal and to explain away in case of getting caught.

But thats not the question... I think about 1 in every 50 people are packin something, and about 30% of those people will actually use their "weapon" when the time is needed.

TNP thinks otherwise

maybe .. i am not so good at figuring who is and isn't packin .. but what i meant by packin was not a knife ...i think most men carry a knife all the time on them ... i meant a firearm ... besides, if someone is shooting a gun and all i have is a knife, the situation would have to be very much in my favor to attack them , or the situation would have to be very dire for me if i didn't. maybe when they went to reload, or change guns
