When I first got my Minimag, I was given with it a bag of elbows. The elbows all had a 45 degree bend. I recently broke the last one, and I now need to order a new "batch" of them. Would this fit? If not, are there any on action village that will? My brother is ordering some stuff, and I'd like to have everything in one package.

I also shoot a minimag, but I have only had good luck with a specific type of plastic elbow. I've not bought any from actionvillage, but I've got some just like the picture (with the ribbed collar) and they both broke immediately. They would not give a tight grip on the powerfeed so the hopper and elbow would spin unless you tightened it way down. When you tighten it down it'll crack and then your hopper either spins, or just falls off.

The only ones I've had good luck with are the type with a smooth collar. I believe PMI makes them. Hope this helps.

I use the elbow you showed on my 68 classic mag with a warp right. I don't know the comparisons between that and my 68, but hopefully this helps.

I use a couple Aluminum Python elbows that work well. But they are a bit pricey at the start. But if you break elbow often it's a pretty good investment.

Upon further research, I've decided upon buying a few Atomic Elbows. They're supposed to be next to unbreakable, and have the ability to cinch up real tight. Thanks all!
