In B.C., Saskatchewan, Ontario and Maritime provinces you have to be 19+ to enter a bar, in Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec, you only need to be 18+.

I would. In Winnipeg, there are 2 general types of bars: Those owned by CanadInns and those not.
The CanadInn bars are all 18+ and filled with the barely legal (and sometimes ILLEGAL) kiddies who shriek like banshees "OMG I HAVEN'T SEEN YOU IN SO LONG EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!".
Now up until about a month ago, I thought these bars were great.
Wow, was I an idiot for thinking that. The non-CanadInn bars generally have a 21+ age limit, but are that much better and I'm willing to pay the extra bit of cover charge. You don't have girls screaming, and I've very rarely seen a fight at these bars because they're not somewhere you want to be banned from, as they're a lot of fun.
And Gauss, it has its upsides and downsides.
