my bet would be that if the DDay staff veto'd the electric motor on the cranks, they're not going to approve of any kind of single trigger that can fire both guns either.

Actually, that was OK'd, since there are already a few other setups using that. The big problem was that it was one-pull full auto which, no matter how it's achieved, is a no-go.
