I'm curious as to the ability to use the said longbow bodies on other platform markers, i.e. the Ion LB kit on an Epiphany? Or the TacOne body and LB kit on an E-Mag? Considering buying a new marker and LB kit, but want to know my options.

You MIGHT be able to make the body work with some excessive modding to make the markers fit, but then I'm not sure you would be able to actually secure it to the marker itself. The body was designed specifically for the original Ion, not to be used on other markers.

Automag longbows attach to the rail, so you could easily make an emag based longbow.

if you do go the route of the e-mag i believe you have to have the tac one body other wise your fine, but i have no clue about the smart parts markers to even guess.

Actually, most E-Mag rails I have seen already have the 6 drilled holes in them for mounting the LB kit to it. I'm sure you could find someone who would trade with you if you got a rail that wasn't drilled already.

Well, its' been a while since I wrote the original post, however; I thank you all for your replies.

I figured that the E-Mag was definitely doable as the rails never really changed, and I could
drill the 6 mount holes if they weren't there, as well as fit the TAC-ONE body anyhow, and
that picture just goes to prove the fact. As for the Ion bit... Well the Epiphany looks to be pretty
much the same, the body is just fancier looking than the original Ion, from what I've read the
internals are the same even, so much as to the fact that people with Ions are using the newer
and improved bolt from the Epiphany's in Ions... Cheaper than buying the whole Epiphany and
its' a very tunable system, which would do well in an Ion Longbow I figure, though the entire
Epiphany marker is such an upgrade, I figured what the hell... Fit a Black Cell body to it. Duh.

Anyhow, I must get back to packing, must move to Alaska soon, probably won't be around for
a little bit. Lates.
