Is special ops ever going to make a new official possition there are some pretty good ideas that could be seriously considered. There has to be one that can work i'm sure the people at special ops can fine tune an idea and make it work.

You can still play how you want, even though special ops hasn't made it an official position :ghillie:

Yeah I know I just think it would help with all these posts about new positions if they make it official. And special ops could market some new items for the new position they would make bank.

Like the javelin or grenadier. If special ops started making Laws cheaper and more reasonable then I am sure more people would buy them. And grenades if they sold them cheaper they would sell more. They could even sell refill kits for grenades

Wow... flame much? lol, it was a joke.

As for ever going to be a new position... umm, no. All of their positions are all incredibly versatile as it is. Why add more? I guess it is cool for there to be a tank hunter... but when are we going to see a tank in low level games?

There are some good ideas for scenario-only positions, yes. Medic, Engineer, Anti-Tank and such make most scenarios. Are the SpecOps positions scenario positions? Nope. All of the positions are intended to be applicable to any game of paintball. You're supposed to be able to walk onto your average field and be able to use them. Can I walk on to my average field on a random given day and make use of a LAW? Probably not. Act as a medic? I doubt it. 'Blow up' something? Maybe for a special one-off game that day. But not usually. The Hammer is the only position that's a little dubious as to everyday play, but there are no overall rules restricting the use of a Double Trouble. Some fields might not allow it for their own personal reasons, but it's a gun that could conceivably be used in any game.

I see a tank out in NM some times but your right not all the time but, javelin could be used to rack up casualties inside bunkers, bridges, towers all sorts of stuff this keeps it a little more realistic for sure.
The joke was good we'll keep it cool

Sure, lets shoot nerf balls at people. :) Just stick to one of the other positions if your constricting yourself that way, or your trying to garner up points on the brigade, and use the rocket as an extra weapon.

I just think special ops would want to make more money if there was a specialized position for the law I think more people would buy it thats all and it would be fun to widen it up a little for more localized scenario. There aren't any big games in New Mexic
