I'm starting to notice that I've been getting really bad back & neck pains which is effecting my waking and sleeping life and other parts of my body! This sucks lol. I wake up about every two hours in a panic and I don't know why, that probably answers why I'm so sleepy all of the time! I've been trying to tie up the loose ends before having my baby! I swear he's going to be like 9 pounds lol.

On the bright side, I spent yesterday having a pirate day! Goonies, Cutthroat Island & Pirates of the Caribbean for the small nephews!

Congrats on the baby!!! As for the sleeping problem, its understandable since your having a kid. But if this was any other situation, I would recommend a hot spiced tea(a dash of rum or brandy). My mom is big into the teas and they help her a lot. It sounds like your stressed. Is this your first baby?

P.S. Nice to sea the ladies coming back to the forum.

Well don't worry, the first is always the easiest  As for teas, look into herbal teas. There is ones out there for just about anything, and ones that aren't too strong for the little guy.

I have random nerve pain in my neck due to jamming my spine while being thrown through a fence head first in a fight. The first time it happened I thought the kid next to me karate chopped me in the neck and I was about to get into another fight, lol. It really sucks at work because I do concrete and the pain causes me to drop the wheel barrow of concrete, boards, chunks of concrete or whatever else I happen to be carrying. My boss thought I made them up and I dropped the wheel barrow of concrete because it was too heavy for me. He believed me after I dropped a 40 lb. chunk of concrete on my steel toe boots and had to cut them off with an angle grinder because it smashed them to my feet.

Well Peppermint Tea falls in that area and it's a known relaxer :D

And that would seriously be painful, good lord!

A few co-workers were recently pregnant and 3 of the 5 used a support belt to help distribute the weight to alleviate the back pain during the last few months.
