I took it apart completely, cleaned off all the grime and old paint, lubed everything that need lube, put it back together.
I put my tank on, it aired up fine. Begin to walk the trigger, and I notice its a bit quieter than usual, so I crank up the velocity slightly, since I turned it down the whole way during the cleaning and tear down, figuring that it just didn't have much air going into it as usual.
Well I decide I should test it with some paint. At the scenario on sunday, it was shooting ok, like it would shoot maybe 15 balls, then like 2 or 3 would just roll out pretty much, it never did this before. Well now, its barely even shooting any paintballs, they all just roll out of the ego. I have no idea what's going on. I've messed with the LPR and regulator but raising or lowering either doesn't seem to help.
Does anyone have any idea what may be happening?

We tried all that. We tried changing the regulator to a Palmer's, and nothing changed. We changed batteries with no luck. Basically we tried everything that we could do, without replacing anything.

When I took it apart earlier, I couldn't get the LPR unscrewed, so that didn't even get touched. I have a feeling its something in the internal parts of the gun, like the QEV and minifold, stuff like that, but all I did when I took those off was to clean them, I didn't take them apart. I'll look at it again tommorow, b/c right now, I'm too frustrated with the damn thing.

Is the part the LPR screws onto upside down?
Have you tried doing the factory reset option?
We did not try the Factory reset option. I didn't even think about that.

What its doing exactly, b/c I dont think I mentioned, is the air isn't fully engaging the bolt, which is causing the paintballs to just roll out pretty much.

If the bolt still cycles and the balls just aren't getting fired, try putting your LPR screw to flush with the housing and zero out your HPR, then slowly raise it while trying to fire. You may have the pressures set so that the ram isn't able to open the valve because of the pressure in the valve.
If the bolt isn't cycling normally, then it's a problem with airflow or pressure somewhere. Do the same steps as above, it may solve the problem. If not, check your ASA, fittings, and macroline for debris, and ensure that everything is properly aligned inside your valve chamber.

Florentine fiddled with the LPR and regulator a good bit last night, but it didn't seem to solve the problem, but I'll do what you said and see if that helps.
Also, when the bolt is able to actually get paintballs down the barrel, usually 3 just kind of roll out at once. I don't know if this is b/c of the problem with the air being cut off or something with the BBSS or detents. The rubber detents were in good condition when I took the gun apart to clean it and I didn't notice any other obstructions that would be screwing stuff up in the breech. Its just weird this crap is happening after I put the gun back together after cleaning it.
I'm probably just going to take the gun completely apart again, inspect everything, and hopefully whatevers wrong I can find when I give it a good look over.

My Cyborg would have a similar but backwards problem where the bolt would stick forward. It was a shred of teflon tape stuck in some grease on the ram bumper seal.
