I have a Custom Pro. Yesterday I had trouble getting the velocity down to 285. I had my velocity screw all the way in and it was still a little hot. Used HPA. Any suggestions?

I love the smell of paintballs in the morning; they smell like...victory!

spring kit?

if not, you could clip your spring. I'm not going to tell you how, because i have never done it, but i'm sure it would come up in a search.

i have clipped springs, it's very simple, you take some wire cutters and clip off 1/2 - 1 coil, it doesn't take much

try truning the screw all they way in, then bring it out a little, you may be pinching the powertube

it happens on tippmanns and spiders all the time, take it most of the way out and start again

Turn the srew all the way in (clockwise) and then the velocity will be all the way down. Go from there turning it out (counterclockwise) until it is where you want it. Do not put it too high or too low because accuracy will suffer. Good luck.
