I can draw you some designs for a motor-powered automated gun turret. They are FAR more easy to use than the standard friction moving turrets. Also, unlike most turrets it would be completely pan'ale, (anotherwords, you can go 360, and keep going forever instead of having to go back). I can even supply you blueprints if you can pay me, (nothing expensive, only about 20-50$ depending on how complicated you want it). I just need your specifications on what you want it to do, and how much money you want to spend on it. Just so you know, the more you want to spend, the better it will be B). Prob be something like 20$ if you want me to just draw you some blueprints, and 50$ if you want me to hunt down all of the parts you would need to build it with.

if you can try striping it to the bare frame and build up from there and the design shape could be any thing like the British Daimler armored Car to the German SdKfz. 222 or the red army BA-64 i am guessing the rusky mobile is not the best looking but there tons of designs to mimic
In Russia Waldo finds you
