I have a 98c with a CAR stock and I want to get the Adco Sure Shot red dot sight [just like an Adco Hot Shot].

I have some questions:

A. What is the height of the BT Fixed Sight Rail?

or

B. Will I be able to see through the Adco Sure Shot [on the BT Fixed Sight Rail] with the hopper out of the way?

or

C. What sight rail would you recomend?

[[sorry about the bad, long heading...]]

I beleive that the BT Fixed sight is made for the BT-4/16 and the rail system is different than the 98C. The Adco Sure Shot I have mounted on my 98C. Special Ops might have a "riser" type of system for you if you want it higher off the marker but I'm not sure. I haven't used my 98C in a while.

Hey man I have a 98 Custom with a ADCO Hot Shot sight and I love it. I tried many different configurations of rails before I finally found one that would allow my mask to not get in the way and it works really well and is very practical for any woodsball player. I chose to get the Lapco offset sight mount for the 98C/A5 and I love it. Plus it has both dovetail and weaver rails on it so you can attatch any combination of accessories to your marker here is the link to get to the offset sight mount in Spec Ops store. Click Here
Hope that helps

The BT rail you mentioned fits 3/8" dovetail and raises about 1.25". You should be able to get your mask in with it using that stock, but it'll be a squeeze.
