I have the brown/pure awsomeness/gold Etek 2 that wouldn't hold air, so I called Planet Eclipse and they said the nearest certified shop is Air Assault Paintball in Maple Plain, Minnesota.
I called them and a guy named Brent answered. I have to move in two weeks and I will be gone all of this next week so I asked how long it would take so I could get it back before I have to go, because I'll be ballin' where I'm going and I wanted to use my new gun.
He said they could rush it through the process before I have to leave.
I packaged up my gun and sent it off to them. I got a call the other day saying that it was really messed up. I asked what was wrong and he said a barb was messed up, there was an
o-ring out of place in the HPR so that blew the solenoid to hades and that the cure bolt had the wrong pin in it. I was shocked how much the previous owner had messed it up, and I know it wasn't me because it never worked for me. So I'm thinking that to repair this thing is gonna cost me my right arm and he says it'll cost $37.50 because of the bent thing and the right pin in the cure bolt. I about wet my pants. I asked if they take Paypal and he said yes to that, to.
That was Wednesday and I just got it in the mail today, and guess what. It came with goodies! It had with it: 2 Planet Eclipse stickers, a Planet Eclipse 2010 catalog, and a Air Assault paintball post card.
Needless to say I'm happy and was pleased with there service and helpfulness.
I'll recommend Air Assault paintball and Planet Eclipse to everyone I can and I look forward to doing business and supporting them anytime I can.
