I have an AKA sidewinder on my Shocker. I need to lube it but the top part o the reg is stuck to the middle part. I've tried using a strap wrench but one of them always slips. Is there any other way I can get it off?

With straps sometimes you have to give a quick snap. You could try pliers over the rubber strap wrench.

Also check it to see if there's an allen key access inside or on the bottom like a hyper2.

There isn't. On the bottom you use a crescent wrench and on the top a strap wrench is your only option. I tried pliers over the strap, but I think I may not have a good enough pair of pliers. I'll probably search for another pair and try again tomorrow.

Only other thing i can recomend is the bottom of a mousepad, the tacky rubber part...that gives wicked good grip too

Chunks of rubber that have good grip, bench vice, and a pair of vice grips. If you do it right you can get it unstuck without causing damage.
