I honestly think your better off with a 14-16 inch barrel. The bipod I think will get in your way, If you are in a place opn enough for a bipod then you dont have enough cover. I have the tactical rail on my MR1 but I dont have good mask clearance. So I would suggest an off set rail to mount on your existing rail or you can buy an after market stock. As far a the red-dot scope, be careful, one good shot could ruin most of them.
Shameless guys quote #1: "Real men eat burgers, not pie or ikes, that's just an epic fail."

the smart parts tac which i believe is the one you said is awesome not only because it has the accuracy of a 16 or mabye even 18 incher but because its so well ported with Compressed air its almost silent.
no on scope get a red dot. its too hard with an accual scope to find the target quickly and who needs zoom and shots less than 50 yards
bipods are cosmetic and there for sniper heresay
i also have a mr1 and im upgradeing to a rocking trigger and an evo 2 just for the sticky situations
remote coil is a must
also the stock is quite annoying simply because its hard to get your mask close enough to see through the scope
i just took a hack saw to it so it just has the angled down and the sholder spot. no top

the MR1 already comes with one, if you really find it nessesary to get a new one buy a stock that is adjustible.

As for the Red Dot... they are almost completely useless. The only good thing they do is intimidate.
For the 20" barrel, hell yes. Buy it. A 20" barrel isn't only more accurate, it will scare the poo out of your opponents.
Bi-Pods are cool, some are heavy, but if you get the right one, I find it helps alot to steady your shot. ( Obviously )
This is pretty much what everybody else said, thought i'd put my two cents in though...
