What is your opinion of the best paint grenades for the cheapest price? I've never used a paint grenade before. I bought a Tippmann Squadbuster a few days ago just to try it out but I haven't had a chance to yet. I want to see if I want to start investing in grenades, so if yo guys could opinionate your favorite grenades for the cheapest price, I would greatly appreciate it.

Making your own grenades are marvelous. Trust me. I don't know how cheap people made theirs, but in the end, for me, it comes out to 50 cents per grenade. It seriously is worth it, I would reccommend looking into it.

If you aren't the do it yourself type, the pod rockets are quite the bit of fun. F-bombs are hefty, both coverage and price, but it's still worth it.

I heard the squadbusters were terrible, so if that doesn't work, don't get discouraged.
I got a crate of grenades for christmas!!!

I looked over the make your own nade thread and its awesome. I went and bought the mixmizer, zip ties, wood clamp, bobby pins (instead of cotter). I couldn't find 7/16 washers, the tubing, or the paint at my walmart.... So I'm going to try the local hardware store(s) today during my lunch break. I'll let you guys know how it turns out. Thanks again!

P.S. The Squadbuster was okay... I'm not sure if its worth the 5 bucks though.... I saved the tube though and I'm going to try making my first nade with that tubing if I'm unable to get my own.

The F-bombs from Scep Ops are pretty good. I've never had a problem with one going off. Just ask the 15-20 guys that ran under one that i threw. Spec Ops has a 6 pack of them for sale for about $31, of course you have to pay for shipping and handling but what can you do.

Problem with the homemade ones, is that not all fields allow them. I'm looking at picking some nades up myself, glad I looked here first.

Easy enough, buy a couple Fbombs and wrap the plastic label around them. I never had a problem with fields not allowing them. The one time I had to dmonstrate one, that's it though.

Note about Homemade grenades-
Thicker tubing+less length=Baseball grenade.
Thinner tubing+more length= Sausage effect.
Slightly thick tubing+Same length= Pineapple deal.

Hope that helps slightly.
