Did anyone bring up your 98 shooting fl auto???( I'm watching and commenting)

The reason its not feeding is cause it simply shoots too fast. I do this on my A5 all the time. But if you want it to work, you either need a hopper that can feed 30+ BPS or get an RT. With an RT hooked up, you can basically throttle your trigger. So instead of shooting 30+bps each trigger pull, you can lightly pull the trigger and get a slower BPS. I do this all the time, and its fairly safe.

ANd another thing, I dont like how ( on your 98 specifically) each time you cocked the hammer back a ball fall out. Did you have a detent???

I don't know, but I certainly did! It's because the 98 is so old it has a very rare old sear setup that's not supported by the kit, so the sear in the kit has no spring return, once you pull the trigger and disengage it, it stays disengaged until you let go of the trigger. Don't worry people, if you ordered a MKV kit and have an older 98 it's not an issue because RAP4 will send you the new version 98 sear for free! I didn't even get a chance to ask them before a RAP4 rep saw the video contacted me, and had the parts shipped.

Yeah, I know it's shooting too fast. I'm not going to get a hopper, I don't believe in electronics reliant markers. I know if I turn down the velocity that will also reduce the rate of fire the only question is weither or not there's a nice middle ground where velocity is high enough and rof is low enough for it all to work together and still get balls downrange and break them. Otherwise I can just replace the mag spring with a heavier gauge spring, that would force feed the paint faster.

Yeah that wasn't a detent. The problem is that while the sear stays disengaged as long as you hold the trigger down, it also has problems engaging when you're NOT holding the trigger down. So what was happening there was that I was racking the bolt, the sear wouldn't engage and the bolt would just go back forward and push a ball out... at hand speed... with no CO2 beind it, so then it would just roll out.
