Soooo...I know Rory is no fan of winter play, but I'm curious when we'll try this again? The forcast for this Saturday is mid forties and clear skies. What do you think?

Hey Conrad! If Spec Ops doesn't do winterball on their field, I was thinking about heading down to the woods on 3500 South and a bit west of I-15 (river bottom). Last weekend we had 10-on-10 games. With the nice weather I bet we get a good turnout again.

Sup ty!

We are taking a break from our field for a little bit. If you can get a group rallied we will host a game for you. I would like to join you for a saturday play at that outdoor field for sure.

How was the crowd there?

Did you go again after the 10 v 10?

What's up Rory! Good to hear from you, man. How'd the move to the new location go?

I think everyone around here is going through pb withdrawls, so I bet we could rally some people together for the next Saturday with good weather. This Saturday looks to be cold and snowy, but maybe the next.

I don't know how turnout was at the West Valley site Saturday. Friday afternoon I learned that my grandmother needed to be moved from one nursing home to another Saturday morning, right when games start at the field. The move took 3 hours, so I missed the games altogether. Bummer with the timing and all, but family comes first.

Hey el russian!

During the spring, summer, and fall, people show up most every Saturday morning to play. Only a heavy rain will keep players away. Summer play starts up around 7:30 AM before the heat sets in. Games can vary between 5-on-5 to 20-on-20, just depending on the randomness of the day.

During the winter the turnout is a little more sporadic. If the weather is good, around 40 with no falling snow, then there's usually a decent showing. Games start later in the day in the winter, around 9:00 AM. This weekend is supposed to be snowy, but maybe the following Saturday will be better....

Oh, if you're into pump play, then Paintball Addicts hosts a pump-only night every Monday starting at 7:00. Many of the Spec Ops players/workers are strong supporters and show up with extra pump guns for people to borrow. This Monday should have a good turnout. Come on out and have some old-fashioned fun. I'll be the weird looking guy with the 1991 Line SI Bushmaster Deluxe getting my tail end lit up.
