Having trouble with my prostock It might be an easy fix but im an autococker noob

The problem is that when I air it up and fire it, it only cocks back about half way then stops. It almost seems like it could be a problem with the rod that runs on the left side of the cocker (pump arm?) is sticking or maybe even bent. I tryed unscrewing the pump arm and it doesnt come out and im fairly sure you can take it off. It was properly timed and there is no leaks to be found on it.
I woudlnt mind if this problem is solved before this saturday so I dont have to bring it into the shop.
I have pictures if its really necessary

(Quote-weltmaker2000) I don't call my guns pumps. I refer to them as euthanizers of the stupid.

Short stroking is when you do not pull the trigger completely and release to allow a full cycle. Chippy try firing with your middle finger. I find this reduces short stroking and allows a faster rate of fire.

Also, look into how to set the lengths on your cocking rod, pump arm, etc in one of the timing articles in the stickies.
