So I just bought a used automag mini, and it came with a classic valve. My problem: When I pressurize the gun, the trigger becomes pressurized, but when the sear is released, the gun dosn't fire. So, the I can sit there and pump the trigger, yet nothing happens.

Anyone know whats going on?

Your velocity isn't high enough. Turn it up till it shoots.

And to clarify, it's a Minimag, not an Automag Mini.

When it's a bunch of different parts just call it an automag or a mag. If it has a classic valve, you can call it a classic mag. Part of the beauty of mags is they don't come in "models", but that is part of what makes it confusing for people just getting into mags.

http://forum.specialopspaintball.com/index...view=getnewpost is a minimag body, hence it is a minimag. The longer, milled body is minimag

The thing that screws up most people is that the minimag is actually longer then the classic mag.

Yep. Back in the day, the only two mags were the "automag" and the "minimag", and the automag had the 10" (I think, somewhere around 10) barrel and backbottle co2. The minimag came with the shorter barrel, and the VA was used for a 3.5oz instead of a foregrip! Weird stuff.
I just watched the 1994 world championships yesterday from WDR. There was bob long, dave youngblood, billy and adam gardner. . . they were all using either mags or cockers. mainly cockers. And they were playing speedball in the woods!

They're known as bicycle grips.

Nice pickup by the way. Minimag bodies just have some certain awesome look to them.
