Okay, I am looking into getting an Ion, and am thinking about the blackcell kit, but is it worth it? I like to play stealthy and set up ambushes but the 21 round hopper doesn't seem enough. What I really want is to be able to mount a stock and red dot sight on it. Is there any other ways to do this. Any input would be great.

Thanks, Gavinb

If I'm not mistaken, you can just use the standard hopper and mount a solar sight behind it (You keep both eyes open when using a solar sight, so this would probably work). I personally would get a blackcell kit if I had an Ion. I also think the Blackcell kit has it's own stock, although I'm not sure.

Deadlywind DT13 body kit - has lots of rails, and can use 98 stocks. Not sure how comfortable a 98 stock would be on it, but your other option for stocks would be SpecOps T2W stocks, or a few assorted others that mount where the ASA goes. There's also the SpecOps Blackcell body, but I don't think it has the bolt-out-back feature that the DT13 does, which makes maintenance much easier.

Here is my Ion with Blackcell body, T2W stock and Qloader. Very comfortable and the T2W stock gives great mask clearance.

I was hoping to ask if the Ion XE is able to accept the Q-loaded setup like yours Kodiak.
