I saw it last night... it was awesome. I can't really think of a single thing I didn't like about it.

I just got back from this movie, and it was really good. There were a lot of one liners in that movie. Too much talking, too much subtitles, not enough action.

The Colonel Hans Landa did good too, he was a great foil for Brad Pitt's character.

I prefer the heavy dialogue of Tarantino movies, any joe can make a bloody gorefest, but it takes a great director to make the kind of dialogues that Tarantio does.

Inglourious Basterds was a great movie, I saw it opening day. Loved every part, and Donny The Bear Jew was just GREAT!

Which mod changed the spelling on the title? Now it's spelled wrong.

Got to watch again for the band aid. It might be from when he was hit by Bruce Willis/the following events, since that movie skips around.
And "Rocky Horror" is just a nickname. Rockamora...Rocky Horror...plus I'm sure someone involved with Marcellus Wallace was no Angel, so the Horror might fight.

Anyway, I just got back from Inglorious Basterds (actually a while ago). OH MY GOD IT'S SO GOOD I WANT TO SEE IT AGAIN!
Brad Pitt was amazing, and I loved Eli Roth going on about Ted Williams during the bat scene. I with there'd have been a little more of the Basterds and a little less other stuff, just because they were great.

Did anyone else crack up (probably a little too much) when Samuel L. Jackson started narrating the part in the cinema? Or when Harvey Kietel was the American on the radio? Or when Mike Myers was the British commander (I kept expecting an Austin Powers moment). And did anyone catch Tarintino's cameo at the movie premiere? I thought I saw him, but no one else I was with noticed (we were in the 2nd row because we only got there 15 minutes early *college students are back, last night was party night*). Only thing I wish would have happened was a Tim Roth cameo (as a Nazi officer, or the British soldier).

BUT HOLY CRAP THAT WAS SUCH A GOOD MOVIE! I might actually buy it when it comes out on DVD.
My job is to be an asshole. I excel at the position.

Idk if I PREFER it, but I do like Tarantino. And yea it was such a Tarantino movie like with the squirrel/rat conversation and the dinner. He just adds so many subplots, but I do like his style, but I also would have rather had more of the Basterds.

EDIT: Fixed the title and did anyone else think the guy singing when Shoshanna was getting ready before the premiere sounded just like Johnny Cash for a little while?

I actually asked one of my other movie guru friends and he said that the band aid was where the devil took his soul out of his body.
