That helped a lot, I was on a nother team and I saw a sniper and I could have shoot him but I watched him and leaned what he did and what his tactis were. And I watched the other snipers on my team.

Also if I could add, this is kind of important, ive learned from experience that you should always be aware of your surroundings and your ghillie suit. Try to stay near patterns that match with your ghillie suit otherwise you will stick out. And it sucks when you think your hidden 30 feet behind a guy when he turns around and you lay down and he smiles and pops you 3 times in the mask.

new tatic i tried by practiceing in real games....

The "noise"

seeing as most paintball playes know thier video games, then i would use this as an example
now in splinter cell, when u are hideing in a place and need to draw the enemy toward you to eliminate them what do you do.......you make noise.whistle.that way you can draw them to you.

now many (paintball) snipers would say this is suicide. it is if not done correctly

1.Method

like when you spring a trap.....you must wait for the right moment. example:squad moving up the beaten path and they are about to leave....you throw a rock at the medium distance tree....that draws thier attention towards the tree, provideing that you didnt move more then you needed too.now they might have thier back or side by you.....and they also will draw time to investigate, which is furthering your teams benefit.
this is risky, but they wont catch you as long as you dont move after the throw.this can also scare them or postion them for perfect shots.from behind, which is the best angle.

2.Uses.
this tech' can be used to draw the enemy in a less consipuis way then shooting.they dont automactically assume that theres a sniper.it also postions them for good shots.
you can also use this for movement.they would draw thier attention towards the noise and away from you.

what do you think?

Great post, very helpfull, just one thing, you said that you should be weaaring a ghuilli suit (spelt that correctly?), then you said to try and conceal the fact that you are a sniper. How would you do that if your wearing the suit? Is there a way to do it? I honestly need to know. I was planning on becoming a sniper, so this would be a great help.
Who says there isn't snipers in paintball?!?!?
