You may have not gotten frostbite...its definitely a possiblility your skin just will be a tad uncomortable for a few days.
If it is frostbite you should get it checked out...you will know if its frostbit though...youll get bubbles on skin and it will swell/look nasty.

What happened was you exposed your skin to sub freezing temperatures. It is mild frostbite, meaning you froze part of your hand. The cells are damaged due to expansion from the H2O inside them expanding when frozen. That is why it hurts. It will heal, be careful in the future.

Only when its severe, like when your going to lose the limb, toes, or fingers. Unless your playing in a extreme climate, like on top of a mountain or lost in snow for a while, frost bite won't get that bad. If your suffering minor frostbite from exposure do not rub your hands or toes together, you'll run the chance of damaging those tiny blood vessels
But to the topic. Go to the hospital for it: No, you'll be fine.
