You could look into duracoat. The price of it might be an issue but say yourself that one duracoat paintjob on a marker equals all the other paintjobs that you need to redo every month because of flacking so, in the end, if you really want a paint that withstands woodsball play, I'd go for duracoat. Duracoat does have red and blue but for sky blue you'd have to mix some colors up. But, you do what ever you want. Krylon is a good type of paint and also Rustoleum. Hope I helped.

some of the best cheap paint ive found it Krylon professional, it about $6 a can and can be purchased at Lowes or Home Depot...a few good coats of that along with a layer or two of clear coat and with good prep work the paint will last you quite a long time.

i painted my Sp8 with it, no problems so far.

Make sure you clean and sand every part you want to paint before you start, and finish off with 2-3 clear coats to really protect it. tape up anything you do not want paint getting into.

That's the boat I'm in. I would love to have him do my paint job, but I know I can't spend that kind of money. (No, it's not an overcharged fee, it makes sense to me being an IT Tech, I get the cost of time and labor.) However, I feel I could do it myself (at lesser quality) if I had the full knowledge to do what i want to do. I don't know how i feel about completely stripping it down, since it already has a good texture that I feel can be worked with. (I've got a 98 Custom Pro by the way.) I would also have to wait for my stock and any additions I plan on buying before I do this, might get some Mil-Sim mods, and a new hopper.
