I personally use a NcStar holo sight and really like it. I can get the first shot on the dot and then unleash hell on them. It works quite well and since it is not lik normal scopes, I can do it with both eyes open and from anywhere I can see onto the reflective surface.

Very Nice.

the most vital thing is to get paint on target first so at least get a cheap ars red point thats what i use and it helps

Adco 30mm Red Dot Sight. I love it, especially once I got it sighted in. :panzer:

A word of advice, just go pick up the cheapest red dot sight you can find.

Believe me, you will not be let down by a $30 red dot sight. I use one of those as a sniper. It works for me.

I have to say, avoid magnified scopes. They will make you think you can hit someone that is out of range for your gun. Therefore, all of the advice toward red dot scopes is sound.

EDIT: exception: magnified scopes are useful as spotting scopes. For all of you with Tac-Ones, a 4x scope on one side of the body for spotting and a red dot on the other for the actual shot makes a GREAT sniper combo.

sorry man only sight I use it my eyes and the end of my barrel and walk the paint in to the target.

That's the best way to do it. Sights take too long to get used to, anyway.

Every time somebody shoots at someone who isn't wearing a mask, someone drowns a sack of puppies.
Every time somebody purposely overshoots someone, a dolphin is harpooned and eaten alive.
Every time somebody wipes, a family of bunnies gets run over by a Steamroller. That's why they have to reproduce so fast. Theoretically, that's how dinosaurs became extinct.

I use the Adco Sure Shot, for the $ it's not bad - half the time I don't even use it - but it is good to have if you dial it in, and your in an ambush setting. Otherwise just plow the road and use your first shots as tracer rounds.

I would agree that any $30 Red Dot will work quite well. For those of us who are picky about their sights (and have money to spend) will generally gravitate to the more expensive sights such as the Leatherwood 50mm Red dot or my personal favorite the EOTech 512 Holographic Sight. I have even seen a few people using Trijicon ACOG sights, but Iím fairly sure theyíre insane.
Even if you chose the much less expensive route, I would highly recommend picking up a Red Dot sight, take the time to sight it in correctly and practice with it. A sight will improve your game. Iím shocked by the posts stating they do not use a sight as Iíll take my first shot accuracy over walking in paint any day.

I'd have to agree. Snipers have sights based on the fact they need to be able to take a target out in one hit without losing the ability of stealth. Miss once, you could be decimated in seconds.

Broadsword, miss once, find the right spot and decimate them.

You're assuming that your opponent won't duck and run at the first shot missing I like the red/green dot sight simply because I'm faster on target with it. If I have a head and shoulders, I can usually hit with first shot, the next 6 are just reflex. However, if it's a head shot, then I can walk them in. I'll take accuracy over spray and pray every day. People duck faster when the round lands right next to the ear then if you put it 1-2 feet away as well, making accuracy a better suppressor.

I use the normal sight on my A5-A2. The reason is because our team is a WW2 german based team so we are as accurate as the german army was. I don't use a scope but our sniper does....we all actually have binoculars we carry around.....but......we like to bend the rules alot tho...lol. we have night vision too ;]
