bad sear/hammer? Bad hammer oring?

Alternatively, anything else you can tell us (any relevant aftermarket, like a regulator)?

Check the sear, hammer, and oring on the hammer first. Those are my first guesses, assuming a full tank.

It's usually the hammer o-ring. Replace it and lube.

If all of those don't help, spererate the body from the grip/ volumizer, and take out the cupseal and pin and sping, sometimes you can just unscrew the pin a tad, (from the derlin cupseal) loctite it in place and your good.
